科研级Telitacicept的靶标是肿瘤坏死因子配体超家族成员13B（TNFRSF13B），在B细胞的生命活动中发挥着重要作用。它通过与B细胞表面的受体结合，精确调控B细胞的存活、增殖和分化，是维持体液免疫平衡的关键一环。当该靶标表达异常时，可能导致一系列严重的自身免疫疾病。在系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者中，BAFF（B细胞活化因子）过度表达，使B细胞过度活化，产生大量自身抗体，攻击自身组织，从而引发多系统损害；在类风湿关节炎患者的关节滑膜中，BAFF水平升高，促进炎症因子的释放，加重关节的炎症和骨质破坏。此外，干燥综合征、原发性胆汁性胆管炎等疾病的发生也与BAFF密切相关。
